Communication is also a process of exchanging verbal and non-verbal messages.It follows a cycle between sender and receiver The various elements of communication cycle are as follows :

         Sender is one  who send the massage to target person

2. Ideas :-

 Idea is the topic or subject of a message

3. Encoding :-

 it is a process to convert message language into symbol language

4. Communication channel :-

 A path take place between sender and receiver it can be wired or wireless

5. Receiver :-

A person who receiv the massage from sender

6. Decoding :-

A one that receives the message or symbol from the communicator tries to convert an equivalent in such how in order that he may extract its aiming to his complete understanding.

7. Feedback:-

 Feedback is the process of ensuring that the receiver has received the message.

PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Effective communication is significant in every a component of our life, whether it's reception , at work or with our friends. a personal who can communicate effectively will always have the advantage when handling people.

The principles of effective communication are as follows :

1. Clarity : 

the thought or message to be communicated should be clear. It should be worded in such how that the receiver understands a similar thing which the sender wants to convey.

 2. Attention:

 The receiver’s attention should be drawn towards message. People are different in behavior, attention, emotions etc. so as that they'll respond differently to the message.


3 Consistency : 

This principle states that communication should be in keeping with the policies, plans, programs and objectives of the organization and not in conflict with them.

4. Timeliness :

 This principle states that communication should be done at proper time .

5. Feedback :

 The principle of feedback is extremely important to make the communication effective. There should be feedback information from the recipient to know whether he has understood the message within the identical sense during which the sender has meant it.

6. Adequacy :

 the knowledge communicated should be adequate and complete altogether respects. Inadequate information may delay action and make confusion.


7. Informality : 

Formal communication is typically used for transmitting messages and other information.
